Is Lane & Co 100% natural and plant based?
OH YES!! Our Hair Paste is plant based and natural. Natural means it started from a natural renewable source found in nature without chemicals. Some examples of “natural ingredient” sources we use are: coconut, olive oil, JoJoba seed, and many more. Pssssst…we also use Organic Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter
Is your product safe to use on infants and adults
YES! our hair paste is baby and adult safe. However we do not recommend using the product on new borns (the product is ideal 2 months or older to ensure the child has hair)
Are your products cruelty-free, vegan and NON GMO
Yes, yes and yes! We will never test on animals or would want to be associated with any company that does. We have a bichon poodle and basset hound that we consider family, they come to office with us everyday. And yes, all our product is vegan and NON GMO.
Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, phthalates or artificial fragrance?
Never! Those are just some of the yucky ingredients we eliminate completely. See our complete list of bad ingredients. We have done all the research for you and will continue to do so, so that you can use a product that is good for your little one and stripped from all chemicals. Because as parents we know life throws a lot at you and the last thing you need is to worry about bad ingredients in your products
Why do you use plastic jars?
The plastic BPA-free PET jars we use are the safest containers for both our products and our customers. Our containers keep out harmful UV rays and the PET we use is the most readily recyclable and the safest plastic manufactured.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our product is formulated and manufactured in a FDA and Organic Certified Facility in California.
How do I track my order
Congratulations mom and dad you made the right decision by getting your little one the coolest hair product in town. Now after successfully placing your order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation from email@example.com with a link to your tracking number.
Where do we ship
We ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and we are happy to accommodate orders in Canada. Our global customers can contact us directly.
How long does it take to receive order
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible and we ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 business day for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-8 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please allow an additional 12-15 Business Days for APO/FPO/DPO.
What are shipping charges
We searched high and low to get you the best shipping carrier at the best price we offer USPS flat rate shipping ($5.70) or UPS 2 day delivery ($8.42) or FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $25. All non-continental U.S., APO, DPO and FPO orders ship $9.95 flat rate.
Will my payment be secure
YES. We use Secure Sockets Layer technology to protect all your sensitive ordering information (credit card number, phone numbers, etc.). All information is transferred in encrypted format.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed. We submit orders directly to our fulfillment team so they can get processed immediately and shipped out to you as soon as possible. For this reason we cannot make cancellations or changes.
